The Reserve at Gearhart is a neighborhood on the North Oregon Coast within the city limits of Gearhart. We enjoy proximity to Del Rey Beach State Park as well as local golf courses, restaurants and the many recreational opportunities this area has to offer. Our development is managed by its own Board of Directors and is governed by covenants agreed upon by our member owners. We have our own club house and play park, as well as a septic system which services all homes in the community. Bordered by the Neacoxie Forest on the east, the Butterfly Reserve and Gearhart Golf Links on the south, and the Highlands Golf Club on the west, we enjoy relative privacy from traffic and have open views of the Coast Range. Wildlife is abundant. Elk and deer are frequent visitors as are occasional coyotes. Bald eagles and hawks often soar above.
